5 Simple Workouts for Busy Women That You Can Do in Under 30 Minutes

The fifth workout is yoga.

This type of workout is amazing for reducing stress and improving your flexibility. For this workout, you will need a yoga mat. You will do three sets of each exercise. Start by doing downward facing dog. Then, do warrior I. Next, do warrior II. Finally, finish with a triangle pose. Do three sets of this routine, and you’re done!
